Pamper yourself at the NUXE Spa
If you ever happen to be in Paris and are looking for place to get pampered, then the NUXE Spa – one of Paris’ most renowned day spas – is definitely the place to go. Although it’s located on the lively Rue Montergueil (an awesome area for shopping, eating and people watching), once you enter the spa, all the hustle and bustle of the outside world is soon long forgotten.
This is partly due to the fact that the day spa is situated inside a former 17th century wine cellar – and features the historical medieval stone, vaulted ceilings and archways of the original architecture – and partly due to the mind-blowingly-relaxing treatments available.
My husband and I were lucky enough to be treated to a couples massage and it couldn’t have come at a better time as we’d just spent three fabulous (yet very exhausting) days walking around what seemed like every inch of the city.
Luckily, the skilled hands of our therapists provided our aching bodies with the TLC we needed, and the beautifully hydrating NUXE products used during the treatment left our skin soft, nourished, and feeling great. It was the perfect end to our time in Paris and definitely a day spa I’d recommend to others visiting the city!
The NUXE Spa features 13 treatment cabins, including two couples cabins and a VIP room, as well as a magnificent sensory pool carved from 17th century stone, which provides the perfect setting for the aqua treatments on offer. Click here for more information or to make a booking.
