Three new tools that will seriously upgrade your skin care routine
Does your skin routine need an update? Skin care brands are constantly innovating and creating new products and tools to give you your best skin yet. So if you’re looking to update your skin routine, why not do it with a tool that’s utilising the latest in skin care technology?
Three new tools have hit the market in recent months: the Foreo UFO, the Olay Magnetic Infuser (which you can find in the Olay Magnemask Infusion Hydrating Starter Kit) and the Rodan + Fields REDEFINE AMP MD System.
We were lucky enough to try out these three new skin care tools. Check out our experience with these high-tech, nifty new tools below.
#1 Foreo UFO
The Foreo UFO is a smart mask treatment that combines LED light therapy, Korean sheet masks, T-sonic pulsations, cryotherapy and thermotherapy. Confused about how one little product can cram all of that in? We were too. Luckily, Foreo has a handy app that tells you exactly what to do and why. You pop a mini, circular sheet mask into the device and move it around your face as different LED lights and temperatures work to address different skin concerns. And the whole process only takes 90 seconds!
#2 Olay Magnetic Infuser
The Olay Magnetic Infuser is a tool that’s to be used in conjunction with the new Olay Magnemasks collection. The Magnetic Infuser targets Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and Penta-Peptides to push them further into your skin. All you have to do is massage the mask in with the Infuser for two minutes. We tried out the Olay Magnemask Infusion Hydrating Starter Kit which includes a leave-on mask that will give you 12 hours of hydration.
#3 Rodan + Fields REDEFINE AMP MD System
The new Rodan + Fields REDEFINE AMP MD System is a duo consisting of the REDEFINE AMP MD Derma-Roller and REDEFINE Intensive Renewing Serum. The derma-roller contains micro-exfoliating tips that stimulate the top layers of the skin. After cleansing and toning you divide your face into sections (forehead, left side, right side, chin and neck) and then roll each section four to ten times (up and down, left and right, and diagonally).
