beautorium is officially open!

It’s heeere! beautorium is now officially open, which means eligible beautyheaven members can swap their points for FREE beauty products in our online shopfront.

If you’re new to the site (or you’ve been a little distracted lately), beautorium is our loyalty rewards room, which opens every few months to reward our most loyal members for their reviews, forum posts and general all-round awesomeness.

If you're not a member of beautyheaven yet, don't worry - you can sign up for free today and start earning points in time for the next event.If you are a member and have reached Beauty Fanatic status or above (350 points or more), you’re eligible to enter beautorium now.

So, what’s beautorium?

beautorium is an on-site event where member loyalty points can be redeemed for beauty products. Think of it like a shop. You can drop by, browse a vast array of incredible beauty products, pop a few of your faves in a virtual shopping cart and ‘pay’ with your points.

Are all members eligible to enter beautorium?

Everyone can browse through beautorium but only members who have reached Beauty Fanatic, Beauty Buff or Beauty Guru status can cash in their points. If you haven’t reached Beauty Fanatic status just yet, that’s okay –  there are plenty of ways to collect points in time for the next event.

How long is beautorium open for?

beautorium will close its doors at 10am AEST on Monday 15 December – so get in quick!

When can I start buying products?

Now beautorium is officially open, you can start shopping. There’s only a limited amount of each product available, and once the products go, that’s it. So if there’s something you’ve got your eye on, try to snap it up soon. To give more members access to products, we’ll be releasing different categories into beautorium each day as follows:

Tuesday 9 December:  Skin care

Wednesday 10 December:  Hair, Hands & Feet

Thursday 11 December: Make-up, Health & Denta

Friday 12 December:  Body & Fragrance 

When all the stock is gone, a ‘Sold out’ notice will appear.

How much does delivery cost?

A subsidised delivery cost of $4.95 (for one to three items) or $9.95 (for four or more items) applies to all transactions. This goes towards covering some of the costs of postage and packaging. We accept payments via credit card or PayPal. The delivery cost applies to each order, so if you make several orders over multiple days, you’ll be charged for each one.
