I’m in my early 50s, and thankfully I’ve got good skin. I’m not currently using an anti ageing specific range of skincare, but I have in the past. I try to eat a good diet and drink lots of water.

As one of the Older members, I can relate to this forum. My best advice is keep healthy stay out of the sun as much as possible and keep hydrated both inside and out. I try and have a healthy diet and drink as much water as I can manage on a daily basis and use moisturiser every day on my face and neck and also on my hands as they are one of the biggest give-aways as to age. But after saying all of that, I do think that family genes have a lot to do with how we age too. Remember also age is only a number and not something we should worry over, as long as your healthy .

I use coconut oil to remove eye makeup. It moisturises the delicate eye area at the same time and it's great for crows feet.

I use anti-ageing products, but I haven't noticed any reduction in wrinkles. I'm in my early fifties, so perhaps people that are younger get more noticeable results. However, I love use facial oils/serums, and they provide excellent hydration for my dry skin.
