The smudge-proof mascara Zoë Foster Blake swears by

Zoë Foster Blake, Australia’s biggest beauty guru, has shared what her favourite mascaras are. And turns out, she's a BIG fan of tubing mascara.
“Whenever I try any mascara that isn’t tubular, I get smudging. Every. Single. Friggen. Time,” Zoë wrote in a recent Instagram story. “No more. No more! I shall never stray from my non-smudgey, heat/sweat/tear resistant tubulars again!”

Tubing (or tubular) mascaras are formulated with flexible polymers that wrap around each of your individual lashes instead of just coating the front of them. They're more durable than you're average mascara, so if you have oily lids or a tendency to sweat, tubing mascara will be your new BFF. Plus, tubing mascaras are easy to take off. All you need is some warm water to slide the mascara of your lashes and voila – no more post-cleanse panda eyes!

Zoë recommended a couple of her fave tubing mascaras.
“Specifically: White Knight by @PONi Cosmetics [and] Volume Mascara by @Kavynaucoin. Truz me on this. If your mascara always smudges and your eyes are a dang mess after you cleanse at night and you hate waterproof formulas, but you want some staying power: you will love a tubular,” Zoë wrote.

A great budget priced tubing mascara is LashXTend by Model Co. Often on special at Woolworths too. It's amazing! Does not smudge, so easy to take off and makes my lashes look sooo long.

I am bit concerned with using mascara eveyday that what if it would damage the natural lashes.

I remember trialling this mascara for bh a few years ago and it being really great. It's a winner. I gave it five stars. A little bit more pricy but it worked so well. Poni cosmetics is really great stuff.

Absolutely no idea regarding a tubing mascara. If it works that's great.

Tubing mascaras are great because they are so easy to remove. I used to use a Mirenesse one many years ago - I think it was one of the first on the market. I’ve gone back to regular mascara though as I prefer the thicker look they give.

I've got a Lacura (Aldi) tubing mascara which I haven't opened yet because I don't like to have more than one tube of mascara open at a time.

I hate mascaras that smudge. Thankfully have a few that I use that are fantastic. Not done any tubing mascaras but have heard about it.
