The easiest way to wear blue eyeliner

Blue eyeliner seems like an excellent idea. Until you get to applying it and you’re left thinking, “Um. Now what? Where the hell should I put this?”
That’s where day four and five of the blue eye make-up challenge comes in – showing you just how easy it is to rock some blue eyeliner without feeling like you’re being ridiculous.
On day four, I decided to use the very vibrant Rimmel London ScandalEyes Waterproof Kohl Pencil in Bright Blue with a shimmery bronze pencil on my bottom lash line. Not only did it take all of 10 seconds to apply both liners, but the results were very easy on the, um, eyes, too.
Here’s how you can recreate the look yourself:
1) Line your top lash line with black eyeliner.
2) Take your blue eyeliner and line the outer third of your bottom lash line, making sure to apply the colour to the outer corner of your eye and a hint of colour on the top lash line.
3) Apply the bronze liner to the rest of your bottom lash line, taking the colour all the way to the inner corner.
4) Finish off with two-to-three coats of mascara.
You can also try one of these vibrant blue hues:
Maybelline NY Color Show Kohl Liner in Beauty Blue
jane iredale Mystikol in Lapis Lazuli
essence Long lasting Eye Liner in Blue
L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Crayon De Couleur in Ocean Blue

Looks great on her. I'm not sure it would suit my blue/grey/green eyes though. I think I would end up looking like something really bad from the 80's.

I quite like the bronze liner. It looks pretty. Not too sure about the blue at the corner though

Love this look - I'd probably blend them together a bit more but it's just so pretty!

Blending it would have given a lovely seamless and fading effect. Great bronze liner...looks like an amped up nude liner

this is how i normally combine the eyeliner colours all the time, my fave! blue+gold. I just use pure mineral dust in those colours and apply with very thin brush like eyeliner. works magic!

Although I stopped wearing blue eyeshadow as I didn't want to recreate my 1980s makeup, I have always loved wearing cobalt blue eye pencil. Carli, it looks fabulous on you!

Mise Rose, the blue of the pencil is a very royal blue and does have a hint of purple in it. Carli x
