Tinted Daywear SPF30+ UVA-UVB Reviews

I have a 15ml tube in light which probably isnt the best match for me. But because it is so blendable the colour doesnt matter too much. It actually has a very makeup like scent, similar to estee lauder or mac foundations. I dont mind the scent, i quite like it. It provides good sun protectionbut no coverage at all. Usually tinted moisturisers can at least even out my skin but i find that this doesnt at all. The coverage is minimal but it does not sink into pores or lines which is amazing. It does have a shiny/dewy finish but it does not looks greasy or sweaty, it looks natural and glowy. I find that with this I still need a moisturiser but depending on your skin type you may not. It does claim to be a sheer foundatino so I guess it lives up to its claim. I just wish it wasnt sooo sheer.

nice product was suprised at how thick it was but didnt feel sticky if im going somewhere that i might need a bit more coverage i put a little powder on top and still feels great.
it has a minimal coverage but great for the beach

The first time I used it I was very surprised at how thick the formula is - I'm more used to a tinted moisturiser or sunscreen product that's a lot lighter. This product is very different from anything else on the market.

Once I got used to it's texture though, it's a product I really like for outdoor days. It gives pretty decent coverage and I've learnt to apply & blend quickly to overcome the thick formula. it lasts ages too.

I love the sun protection I get - so important in Perth's climate.

I actually really like this product. The only downside is it is quite shiny and so I do use powder over the top if I'm not going to the beach, but say, a picnic or something.
The coverage is fantastic, tube is really great and the colour was perfect for my skin.

It was very difficult to apply since the formula is so thick. It didn't blend in well because the light shade was too dark for my skin tone. It felt like I'd put a layer of lipgloss on my face and it smudged onto my clothes and everything stuck to my face.

I have heard that there is a 'new improved formula' but I think it would have to be very different to work on my skin. The only pro is that it stopped me from getting sunburnt.

I use this as a moisturiser under my make up or by itself on weekends. Some sunscreens cause me to look shiny or break out, but I have not had any problems with this, it covers things up beautiful as well. Love it

I bought this to try as a quick light cover for when I don't feel like wearing makeup. I must say it didn't suit me at all! It was really thick and hard to blend in, and it felt so heavy and oily on my face! I felt like it was clogging my skin worse than if I had have just worn full liquid makeup.

I do have quite fine skin that irritates and oils up easily, so maybe this would suit someone with a dryer and more resiliant complaxion, but this product just did not work for me unfortunately.

I wouldn't buy this product in future. It doesn't suit my skin type and I dislike the smell so much that I have a hard time using it at all. It's quite nauseating for me.

The pro's
- Light colour fits in with my pale skin nicely
- Sheer coverage looks great
- Nice packaging, easy squeeze tube
- Great sun protection & sheer foundation in one
- Sinks in quickly
- Uses zinc sunscreen rather than chemical sunfilters

The cons
- Shiny looking for about 10-20 mins
- Smells terrible to me, just like plastic
- Very hard to blend into my skin, pulls on my skin
- Due to difficulty blending I tend to use more product

Overall it's not a bad product and I'm sure it would suit others but the fact that it pulls on my skin when I blend it in and it smells like plastic to me I just can't use it.

This gave me reliable sun protection but I did have to use enough of it to cover my face. I found it gave me a nice look but it felt unpleasant as it was very thick consistency and it felt greasy when on. This product is not for me for my face but I will use the rest of it up on my shoulders and decollette though I'd have to wear a black cozzie or it would mark my cozzie with a 'make-up' smudge if it were a lighter colour.

I won't be re-purchasing this as I already have oily/combination skin and I don't need any extra oil. I also found it hard to smooth around my face as it was pretty thick. A no goer for me.

On the upside it gave:

1. Sun Protection
2. A nice colour

On the downside:

1. It was hard to rub in without pulling my skin
2. It felt heav, thick and greasy on.
