Get a born-with-it-blush

Try applying pressed powder blush with an oh-so-slightly damp brush. With a similar effect to cream (only minus the messy fingers and slide factor), this gives your apples a natural, translucent colour, as though the blush is radiating from within your skin. It's even prettier than the real thing.
What's your best trick for faking a natural flush?

I only lightly use blush as I am naturally "flushed" however this trick would be great for a night out or special occasion when you want to dazzle :)

This sounds a bit scary given that applying eyeshadow wet really deepens the colour.

My best tip is to make sure you start with a flawless face - I never used to wear blush because it looked awful with my ruddy face.

I love wearing a little tint of peach blush on my face. Makes you look healthy and not corpse looking.

I love blushes; applying, wearing or just looking at the pretty colour in its case. I would give this technique a try next time.

I love this site! Always learn something new! I am quite pale most of the time and always have a blush handy. I think a way to achieve a natural flush is to apply a finishing veil (only a small amount) over the blush to soften the look.

I use a blush by " flirt! " an american cosmetics brand that i bought at target last year, but unfortunately they discontinued it! It's amazingly flawless!! does anyone know where i can get this range from?

I love doing this, but it's best to experiment, as some foundations smear and slide off if you use a wet brush over the top.

As i have olive skin, I love using the bronzer beads but sometimes yearn to try a rosier hue.
