Build your blush and bronzer

Start off with a hint of colour, building it in layers until you've created the right effect. To avoid splashing on too much at once, dip your brush into your blush or bronzer and then tap your brush on the heel of your palm to release excess powder.

This is an excellent tip, tapping brush to eliminate excess blush or bronzer powder.

I love to build up the colour like this - I am pale so can easily look like a clown with too much blush/bronzer.

Good idea. I always end up with more colour on one cheek than the other, making me look sunburnt!!

Really good tip as less is more. You can't remove blush without removing your foundation!

Some days I feel like ive gone over the top with the blush. It does give me a radiant glow but I feel over the top-this tip is fanstatic. I know now that I need to just tone it done and do it alittle bit at a time. Also I think its important to choose the right colour for your skin-really important
