In case you didn't know, Aussie women are dry shampoo obsessed, spending more than $40 million on dry shampoo alone last year. But it’s not just beauty junkies lining the aisles of Chemist Warehouse to get their hands on the Batiste range – celebrities also love the product!
Actresses Drew Barrymore and Jenna Dewan have both professed their love for the product, with Drew hailing Batiste Dry Shampoo - Blush as, “Better than any I have ever tried and I am a dry shampoo enthusiast.”
Jenna, also a long-time dry shampoo devotee, said that Batiste Dry Shampoo - Blush has “been used on me since I was in dance recitals my entire life...it's a shining product."
So why is the Batiste dry shampoo range so popular? Firstly, it absorbs oil really quickly and without a lot of product, which is great for those of us who don’t like product build-up (read: everyone).
There are also a million and one scents in the range, from the light Original to the fruity new LUXE addition. And the best bit? A 200ml can is only $9.95, so it’ll never blow your budget. Win!

I used to use dry shampoo a lot. I always used Batiste, and it always worked well for me. But then all of a sudden my hair and scalp said no. Obviously it just doesn’t suit me anymore. I’ll have to look for an alternative.

I used to use Batiste but found it started to go "grey" even with the brunette one. I like the Schwarzkopf got2b more now :)

I don't use dry shampoo as the fragrance is usually very strong! Is there a "natural" one out there?

Batiste irritates my scalp. I prefer Klorane if I have to resort to dry shampoo but usually try to avoid it at all cost.

Still got my first ever bottle sitting in my cupboard after 3 years. It makes my hair feel nice when I spray it, just don’t find the time for it

Dry shampoo is great for dirty hair. But I don't use it very often.

I like the Batiste Stylist Texturising Spray. It smells really nice (like a lot of Batiste products)! It's a classy fruity type of sweet scent.

Batiste is the best one for me, although i find it does require a good work through my hair to prevent me looking like my Nanna!

When I first used Batiste, I didn't like it. I think it was way too white. Over time (onto my 2nd bottle now) I found it more acceptable. Perhaps the formulation has changed. I think it is okay but still not getting all the fuss about it. I usually use L'Oreal Professionnal morning after dust which I found to be more refined and less white.
