Yippie...at long last its happening
I could not find an expiry date on the vouchers Lady Lola So I might just get to use these. My nearest clinic is 35kms away and not in a location that I go to very often. I just read Skincare junkies blog post about the microdermabrasion and I have had one before also. Mine was at Ella Bache and I didnt find it relaxing but it did make my skin look great.
Ive had Laser hair removal for my underarms before and it did reduce the hair but didnt get rid of it completely because for that I would have had to go back for more treatments. Perhaps one more shot might do the trick.
My regular facial place is Ella Bache too! My salon uses flower grains for micro and I love it. It is effective and I think less harsh than diamond tip. But not all EB salons use flower grains.
Would you happen to know which type your salon uses? Interested to compare notes!
Im not 100% sure Skincare junkie but I think it was a diamond tip. That seems to ring a bell. The entire experience took about 45mins and wasnt as relaxing as your normal facial although the results were probably better.
Thanks Meedee I gave in and bought some skincare and suncare online from Priceline so super excited about the Goodie Bag!!! I cant wait to receive some JOY in the mail.
Oh good for you LadyLola I really miss having something to look forward to in the post. Its always exciting. Hope you dont have to wait too long.
I had a quick squiz at my bag. I don't think there was much difference other that the Simple wipes I got eye mask thingamajigs. I would have preferred the wipes!
Okatko I received the eye masks as well as the double pack of wipes :(
One of the beauty boxes they had I had a missing product but I found that contacting Priceline about it got me no where.
I was at my Priceline first thing this morning and they had to bags out at all. I asked the SA if she had them and I was given a very dirty look and told ‘ugh we haven’t set up yet we’ve just opened’ and another eye roll.
Had a quick look for the items I wanted and NONE were in stock, so I ordered online in the middle of the store whilst being glared at.
Such great service, kinda glad I didn’t buy from her.
wow.... thats super bad service anne I would shoot and email off to Priceline and lodge a complaint. Shes lucky to have a job at the moment and if she is going to give customers attitude im sure there are plenty of people who would love to take her job.
Thankfully the guy who served me was lovely.
That's really rude anne and I agree with what Meedee said. She should be grateful to have a job and having customers come in to spend money so the business stays open. She probably thought you were sending off a complaint on your phone rather than putting in an order, lol.
Yep. I would not be pi$$ing customers off at the moment. There will be a line up of people willing to take a job without the eye rolls.
I went to my store this morning & got my goody-bag I got everything that was in it except for the Glow Lab Micellar Water instead they replaced it with another A'Kin Coconut Water & Green Tea Micellar Water so now I've two of these one's & got the same voucher's as Meedee for the Clear Skincare which I'll be giving to my aunty to use as she has one of these place's near her unlike me to use anyways I'm happy with my goody-bag :) unfortunately I can't post a pic up here I've already tried numerous time's & can't get the pic to be 1mb so won't let me no surprise's there as this has happen other time's for me plus I had great service at my store :)
Oh thats a bit of a pain Goddess mind you that means you get 100ml more Micellar Water as the Glow Lab one was 400ml and the Akin one is 500ml :D
Yes I noticed that :) anyways enjoy your free goodies as will I.
I read the reviews on Priceline and Akin micellar has much better reviews than Glow Lab! So it must have been your lucky day : )
I won't be using the Glow Lab micellar so if anyone would like to have it feel free to get in touch. Find my contact details from my blog below.
Went to my local store this morning, but they did not have any of the items I wanted in stock (mainly from the Dr. LeWinn's range), will probably have to place an order online, but not feeling very motivated.
Im local store can be like that GeeJ There is another store that is a further 8kms away which is much better with the stock but it can be a nightmare for parking.
That is disappointing GeeJ. My local store is like this. I wanted some Simple sheet masks but it didnt have any, only eye masks. I was there already so just picked up some other random masks instead. The store across the river is much bigger and usually better stocked. If I didn't have my husband (yes, husband was the problem, not daughter) with me yesterday I would try the other store.
Skincare Junkie I did think when I saw that the sale was to start on a Saturday that Priceline really needs to work with us ladies and make sure they start on a week day so beauty lovers can shop without their partners :D
Absolutely! I had to delay buying birthday presents until Saturday so I had an excuse to go out to Priceline without a million-and-one questions.
Just saw the online catalogue, don't need anything though.
Thank you meedee for the heads up! I got one of these yesterday and did a quick blog post on the contents. Adds up to $130.82 without vouchers.
I bought a Moogoo sunscren, a Moogoo SPF15 moisturiser and a few random sheet/eye masks from Skin Physics, Garnier and Simple to try. Overall quite happy with them but the bag is not as good as it used to be.
You are most welcome skincare junkie I do agree that the bags are not as amazing as they used to be. I can remember way back one of the bags had something like $400 worth of products in it and it was super heavy. I wondered if Covid had anything to do with the number of products in the bag.
Now that you mentioned about the heaviness of the bags... you are so right! I remember trying to carry one of the previous ones (this was in 2016) from work to home when I was pregnant (only first trimester) and I was exhausted!
With this bag I can easily carry 5 and hold a baby. :)
There used to be only a couple of travel size products with the rest being full size.
Thanks BH and Nivea for gifting me this product for trial. Overall I quite like it on the body as it is easy to spread, absorbs well and leaves a nice sheen on the skin.
This bronzer has a silky, oil-free texture that blends easily onto my skin, delivering a natural sun-kissed appearance with warm undertones.
This beautiful dry shampoo works as just as good as it looks.
