I did not get an email, I hope I am on the discovery bag, did everyone get an email?
I didn't get an email from BH but I did receive one this morning from Aus Post telling me my package from BH is on its way - I'm assuming this is for the Discovery Bag and not my Rewards Room haul though (thinking it might be too early for that)
The same thing happened to me last month
It would be the DB, they are always sent very quick to allow as much time as possible to trial.
Hi Claudia, I didn’t receive an email from Beautyheaven either, but I did get tracking info from Aus Post.
I’m the same as Claudia, I got one from Auspost Thursday and got a little giddy for my RR order, but received another one from BH yesterday.
Did the email from BH have all the links you will need to do the reviews and provide information such as dates due etc? Sounds like I might need to ask
I just attached a pic. It doesn’t look like the links are specific to me, but you might want to email in any case. Due date is 18th of December.

Update: Eleni said she definitely sent out the emails last week and just advised that we check junk/spam folders which I've done and I definitely don't have it. As the links aren't personalised, I don't think it's anything to stress about! The AusPost emails we've received obviously mean they're on the way.
The only reason I'm a tiny bit worried is I hope emails in future are always received!

Oh, I didn't get the email either. Checked my junk folder and it wasn't there. I've submitted reviews for a few of the products already as there are a few items in the bag that you can get a feel for straight away and I made sure to include in the reviews that the item was part of the November Discovery Bag so hopefully that's good enough. It's been a really long time since I've been on a Discovery Bag trial so I really have no idea how it's being done now, whether it's special links for trialers or just review as usual.
